Daily use: warm a quantity of balm between hands to gently massage palms and back of hands, nails and cuticles (twice a day).

For intensive care: use the product as a mask. Apply a thick layer of balm to hands for 10 minutes for intense nourishment. Then massage in the remaining balm (twice a week).
