Shipping & delivery
When can i expect my parcel?
If you order on workdays before 22:00, your parcel, provided all the items are in stock and within the Netherlands, will be delivered on the following day. Delivery time to Belgium & Germany is 1 - 3 working days. For all other countries, the delivery time is indicated with the shipping fees below.
If your order within the Netherlands fits through the mailbox, we will send it in a mailbox parcel with track & trace. Keep in mind that a mailbox parcel may be delivered one day later. If you prefer not to do this, you can choose to have your order sent in a parcel. Is the order value higher than € 30,- this option is free, otherwise we are forced to charge € 2,95 shipping costs.
Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email. As soon as the package arrives at the PostNL sorting center, you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code. From that moment you can follow your package.
The delivery days of PostNL are as follows:

All orders in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany will be delivered to you free by PostNL. Returning your order from within the Netherlands is free. For all other countries, you pay the return shipping costs yourself in certain cases. See Returns and service for more information.
For customers from the Kingdom of Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Finland, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. the Canary Islands), United Kingdom (incl. Northern Ireland, excl. Gibraltar and the Channel Islands), Sweden and Switzerland, we charge € 12.95 shipping fees. With an order of at least € 125.00, shipping to these countries is free. The delivery time to these countries is 2-4 working days.
All your purchases will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL is among the best in Europe when it comes to quality of domestic delivery times. The regular delivery days for PostNL are Tuesday through Saturday.
Parcels with a value over EUR 250 or outside the Netherlands are always sent with increased liability.
Not at home
When and how your package is delivered within and outside the EU depends on destination and address (business or consumer). PostNL takes into account different preferences and habits. In some countries, for example, consumers pick up their package at a pick-up location when they are not at home with the first delivery attempt. In other countries, delivery staff leave a notification for a second delivery attempt.
Pickup at our store
You can pick up your order the next day (on weekdays) after 12.00pm in our store. (Wilhelminastraat 19b, 5991AX, Baarlo Lb, the Netherlands).
When collecting your parcel, you must always bring along valid identification.
The below delivery options are for delivery within the Netherlands only
Delivered during daytime with selected delivery time
Have your parcel delivered during the day on a date you choose.
Delivered in the evening with selected delivery time
Have your parcel delivered in the evening between 18:00 and 22:00 on a date you choose. The charge for this shipping method is € 1.25.
Pickup at PostNL location
Those who shop on the internet no longer have to stay at home to receive their packages. You can also choose directly when ordering to have your package delivered to a PostNL Post Office by choosing 'Collect from PostNL Location'. You then decide for yourself where and when you collect your order. For example, in the evening from the supermarket, or at one of the other PostNL Post Offices. You can choose from more than 2000 Post Offices that are located at accessible locations with long operating hours. There is always one near you. You can collect your parcel from a PostNL location starting at 15:00.
Early morning pickup at a PostNL location
If you choose early morning pickup, then you can collect your parcel starting at 09:00.
No delivery to neighbours
PostNL will only attempt to deliver the parcel to you. If you are not at home for the second attempt to deliver your parcel, you can collect the parcel with the message from PostNL from one of the PostNL Post Offices.
Collecting your parcel at a PostNL location
If you are not at home for the second attempt to deliver your parcel, you can collect the parcel with the message from PostNL from one of the PostNL Post Offices, usually the Post Office nearest you. You have two weeks' time to collect your parcel. After that, the shipment will be returned to us. When you go to collect your parcel, you must always identify yourself.
Not at home
If PostNL can not deliver a parcel to you, you will receive a message from PostNL. This message contains a 'non-home code'. With this code you can make a choice on the website https://mijnpakket.postnl.nl/inbox for a second parcel delivery on a day, period and location that suits you better.
If your order fits through the mailbox within the Netherlands, we will send it in a mailbox parcel with track & trace. Keep in mind that a mailbox parcel may be delivered one day later. If you prefer not to do this, you can choose to have your order sent in a parcel. Is the order value higher than € 30,- this option is free, otherwise we are forced to charge € 2,95 shipping costs.
