When will my order be delivered?
Usually, an order will be delivered to your home in the Netherlands (if in stock) within 1-2 working days. If the delivery time should turn out to be longer, we will contact you about this. Your order will be delivered by PostNL. Orders that are placed on the weekend (Friday after 17:00, Saturday, Sunday) or on holidays will be send the following (weekday) working day.
If you have not received a parcel 3 working days after receiving our shipment confirmation, you can contact our customer service at +31 (0)77-7114367 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then start an investigation into your shipment.

Does Dehcos charge for delivery?
No, we do not charge any fees for delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. For all other countries, see: Shipping & delivery.
What are the ways I can pay?
You can pay, among other ways, with iDEAL, by credit card & using PayPal. For all the payment options, see: Payment methods.
What should I do if my order is received defective or damaged?
Contact us in this case. Depending on the defect or damage, we will then provide you with an appropriate solution.
Can I return my order?
Not satisfied with your purchase? There is a cooling off period of 14 days in which you can return the product without stating a reason, starting on the day you receive the product. From the time of reporting the return, you have 14 days to return the products. The product must be unused and, where possible, be returned in the original packaging. Feel free to examine the product as you would in a shop. For example: take a tube of cream out of the box and look at it from all sides, but do not remove the cap. Still in doubt? Then contact us. Can I return used articles?
Many of our products cannot be returned after use for hygienic reasons, as we can no longer sell them. If you have used such a product and are not satisfied, then contact us. We would like to hear why you are not satisfied, and a solution can often be found. For more information see: Returns and service.

Our customer service is available on workdays from 09:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 - 15:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
