Cleaning:
Use the Exfoliating Cleanser 2 times a day, in the morning and evening. Wet hands and face and massage cleanser into skin using gentle, circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

Treat:
Use the Exfoderm Forte daily in the morning. Squeeze a small amount (about 1-3 peas) from the tube. Apply evenly all over the face with fingertips. Extra exfoliation?
Using a small spoon, scoop out a marble-sized amount from your free miniature Polish & Mask. Warm the product between the hands, so that it becomes flexible. Gently massage a thin, even layer onto clean, damp skin, avoiding the eye area (2cm). Leave the product on for 10-15 minutes. A slight tingling sensation may occur. Remove and rinse with warm water, if desired additional with lukewarm compresses. Use 2-3 times a week. This product is available in full size of 80gr.
