Directions for use:
Dissolve 1 scoop (17.9 grams) daily in a glass of water, or mix it into your smoothie, juice, or plant-based yogurt. The recommended amount varies by age.

25–30 years: 1/3 scoop per day
30–40 years: 1/3 to 1/2 scoop per day
40 years and older: 1 full scoop per day

Storage advice:
