Use 3 tablets per day, but first build up usage:

• Dosage first week: 1 tablet per day
• Dosage second week: 2 tablets per day
• Dosage third week: 3 tablets per day

Only increase the dose if it makes you feel good.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
