Shipping & delivery

Always know where your parcel is?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email to follow your parcel.
You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website. Where applicable, you may also use a delivery app.

When will my parcel be delivered?

If you place your order on business days before 5:00 PM (17:00), your parcel will generally be delivered within the Netherlands & Belgium on the next day, provided all items are in stock. For other EU countries, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and are shown in the checkout.

We are closed on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. When the parcel is registered at the carrier’s sorting centre, you will receive the track & trace information and can follow your shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered free of charge, depending on the selected delivery method and carrier.

For shipments to other EU countries than the Netherlands and Belgium, available shipping methods, delivery times and applicable costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the checkout.

We do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

Insured shipment

Parcels with a value above €250, or shipments outside the Netherlands or Belgium, are always shipped insured.

Not at home during delivery

If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the follow-up delivery may vary depending on the delivery service.

In such cases, a new delivery attempt may be made, or you may receive an email allowing you to choose a new delivery moment or opt for delivery to a nearby pickup location. In some cases, the parcel is taken directly to a pickup location. Depending on the delivery service and situation, a notification may also be left.

You can always find up-to-date information about the status and location of your parcel via track & trace. Please keep an eye on your email and the delivery service’s website. Where applicable, you may also use a delivery app.

Your parcel usually remains available at the pickup location for 5 days. After that, it will be returned to us. When collecting your parcel, a valid form of identification may be required.

Delivery options

The delivery options below depend on the shipping address and may not be available in all cases.

Daytime delivery

Your parcel will be delivered during the day. Depending on the delivery service, you may be able to select an alternative delivery date after shipment.

Evening delivery

In some cases, evening delivery may be available. Availability and time slots depend on the shipping address and are shown in the checkout or communicated after shipment.

Pickup at a pickup location

You may also choose to have your order delivered to a pickup location. This allows you to decide where and when to collect your parcel, for example at a supermarket or nearby service point.

No delivery to neighbours

If delivery to neighbours is not permitted and you are not at home, the follow-up delivery may vary depending on the delivery service.

In such cases, a new delivery attempt may be made, or you may receive an email allowing you to choose a new delivery moment or opt for delivery to a nearby pickup location. In some cases, the parcel is taken directly to a pickup location. Depending on the delivery service and situation, a notification may also be left.
