Always know where your package is? Install the PostNL app!

If you install the PostNL app on your phone, you will have all shipping information at hand, you will automatically receive notifications for shipment updates and you can also easily set your delivery preferences.

When can i expect my parcel?

If you place your order on working days before 20:00, your parcel, provided all the items are in stock and within the Netherlands, will be delivered on the following day. Delivery time to Belgium is 1 - 3 working days. Orders within the Netherlands & Belgium are delivered by PostNL. For all other countries we use PostNL or DHL and the delivery time is indicated with the shipping fees below. We are closed on public holidays and the packages are shipped our next working day.

Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email. As soon as the package arrives at the PostNL or DHL sorting center, you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code. From that moment you can follow your package.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery time may differ.

Shipping fees

All orders in the Netherlands & Belgium will be delivered to you free by PostNL. Returning your order from within the Netherlands is free. For all other countries, you pay the return shipping costs yourself in certain cases. See Returns and service for more information.

For all other countries within the EU:

  • PostNL Standard Delivery (3 - 10 days)
  • DHL Express Delivery (1 - 3 dagen)

The shipping costs for other countries within the EU are shown in the checkout.

We do not ship to countries outside the EU.

Insured shipment

Parcels with a value over EUR 250 or outside the Netherlands or Belgium are always sent with insurance. 

Not at home

When and how your package is delivered within the EU depends on destination and address (business or consumer). PostNL & DHL takes into account different preferences and habits. In some countries, for example, consumers pick up their package at a pick-up location when they are not at home with the first delivery attempt. PostNL no longer leaves a paper note. You always know where your package is via track & trace. Also keep an eye on your email or PostNL App. With this message you can pick up the shipment at the relevant post office, this is usually the post office closest to you. You have 7 days to do this. After that, the shipment will be returned to us. If you go to collect your shipment, you must always identify yourself.

When collecting your parcel, you must always bring along valid identification.

Delivery options

The delivery options below depend on the shipping address and are not available in all cases.

Delivered during daytime with selected delivery time

Have your parcel delivered during the day on a date you choose.

Delivered in the evening with selected delivery time

Have your parcel delivered in the evening between 18:00 and 22:00 on a date you choose.

Pickup at PostNL location

Those who shop on the internet no longer have to stay at home to receive their packages. You can also choose directly when ordering to have your package delivered to a PostNL Post Office by choosing 'Collect from PostNL Location'. You then decide for yourself where and when you collect your order. For example, in the evening from the supermarket, or at one of the other PostNL Post Offices. You can choose from more than 2000 Post Offices that are located at accessible locations with long operating hours. There is always one near you. You can collect your parcel from a PostNL location starting at 15:00.

No delivery to neighbours

PostNL will only attempt to deliver the parcel to you. Not at home during delivery? Then the package will be delivered to one of the PostNL Post Offices in your area. PostNL no longer leaves a paper note. Via track & trace you always know where your package is. Also keep an eye on your e-mail or PostNL App. With this message you can pick up the shipment at the relevant post office, this is usually the post office closest to you. You have 7 days to do this. After that, the shipment will be returned to us. If you go to collect your shipment, you must always identify yourself.
