Use the scrub on cleansed skin, make circular movements and remove with lukewarm water.
Then cleanse the skin with Crystal Clean and apply the desired day and night care.

For dry, combination and mature skin: use twice a week.
For oily or sensitive skin: use once a week, so that the skin is not stimulated too much.

• Bisabolol: is found in the essential oils of chamomile and yarrow. It acts bactericidal (kills germs), anti-inflammatory and soothing.
• Calendula Officinalis: promotes the healing of minor wounds, anti-inflammatory and soothing to the epidermis.
