In the evening:

1. Cleanse your skin with the PreCleanse or Precleanse Balm.
2. Then clean your skin with a Dermalogica cleaning product of your choice.
3. Take a generous amount of Sound Sleep Cocoon and massage it gently over your face and neck.
4. For optimal results, use another Dermalogica moisturizer of your choice.
5. Let it work well before you go to sleep.

• Persian silk tree; revitalizes the skin and reduces signs of fatigue.
• Whu-zhu-yu extract; this Chinese extract provides visible clarification of the skin.
• Kakadu (plum) extract; this extract is rich in vitamin C and brightens and smoothes the skin.
• Tamarine seed; creates a cocoon of comfort for the skin, soothes and moisturizes.
• Essential oils; the movement-activated essential oils from French Lavender, Sandalwood and Patchouli soothe the skin and promote a good night's sleep.
