From one to three times weekly, apply a small amount to cleansed skin. Massage gently in tiny circular motions, taking care not to pull or drag on your skin. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For sensitive skin types, follow the same instructions, but moisten your skin beforehand. Always apply a mask afterwards.

You can also temporarily use Face Exfoliant as a treatment:

• Week 1: Scrub every day
• Week 2: Scrub every other day
• Week 3: Scrub every other day
• Week 4: Scrub every day
• Then use 1 to 3 times a week.

Warning! The use of an exfoliant is not suitable for skin with open acne. Do not use on and around the skin around the eyes.
