Intensive: massage firmly into dry skin and then rinse in the shower.

Medium: massage with hands on body and rinse off in the shower.

Mild: use a (flower) sponge in the shower.

• Shake well before use!

Contains two types of scrub:

• Fine grain = hydrogenated jojoba, this becomes smaller and smaller and dissolves during use.
• Coarse grain = nicely rounded not sharp grain, this does not dissolve.
• Bamboo extract (Bambus Arundinacea Stem Extract)
