Shake the bottle gently before use. Use the dropper to dispense 3-5 drops into your hand. Use gentle strokes or patting motions to apply the oil to your face and neck. For extremely dry skin, this product can be used twice daily for 2 weeks. For "normal" dry skin, use only at night. May be applied over a serum, followed by the Hydro-Lock sleep mask or moisturizer & SPF
