1. Before getting in the shower, apply Scrub Plus with firm, circular motions.
2. Then shower as usual with Shower Treatment or remove with a dry towel.
3. An intense warmth and redness will be observed.
4. After showering, give your skin intense nourishment with Body Treatment.
5. Scrub Plus is also suitable for hardened, coarse areas like the upper lip, elbows and knees.

Note: Do not use the Scrub Plus in combination with a warm bath! The body can overreact to this and you may feel nauseous and / or faint.
