Use daily as a cream and once or twice a week as a mask.

As a daily facial cream in the morning and/or evening:

• Massage lightly into the face and neck

As a 10-minute massage mask, once or twice a week:

• Apply a thick layer of product to a clean face
• Massage in upward circular motions for 1-2 minutes to relax the skin and help absorb and nourish the product. As you massage, the mask turns into an oil
• Leave on for 5 minutes and then massage with wet hands to create a milky texture
• Rinse and continue with your usual skin care routine
