May be applied to hard areas around the eye, and to eyelids up to the lash line. Absorbs immediately, so no chance of bleeding and tearing or stinging eyes or bleeding (eye) makeup. This also makes it ideal as an eye makeup primer. Targets dark circles, puffiness, swollen eyelids and crow's feet. Hibiscus extract helps brighten skin and dark discolorations, while hyaluronic acid and tetrapeptides elevator and plump the skin around the eyes.Features:

Apply around the eyes. May be applied from the eyelid to the lash line for a total approach to the skin around the eyes.- Active ingredients
- Niacinamide (1%): inhibits pigment production, brightens and re-energizes the skin.
- Hibiscus: hydrates and lightly exfoliates.
- Olive extract: antioxidant, improves elasticity, stimulates cell renewal.
- Matrixyl-6: peptide, stimulates collagen production.
- Sodium hyaluronate: attracts and retains moisture (binds up to 1000x its own weight in water) providing more volume and optimal hydration.
- Birch blossom extract: improves and supports hydration.
