1. Let the sponge absorb warm water.
2. Then wring out the sponge before using it.
3. Massage the face in circular movements, with or without product (cleansing/scrub cream).
4. Rinse your sponge and then dry the sponge by hanging it on the cord.

With daily use, your sponge will last for 3 months. Replace the sponge when it starts to fall apart.
