1. Scrub a thin, even layer on clean, damp skin, avoiding eyes.
2. Measure the amount with the supplied spatula.
3. Leave the product on for 10-15 minutes. A slight tingling sensation may occur.
4. Remove and rinse with warm water.

• Use 2-3 times a week.
