Morning regime:

• Cleanser
• L.I.F.T Facelift Cream
• 1 tablet Cell-Xtra

Evening regime:

• Cleanser
• 1 ampoule
• 1 tablet Cell-Xtra
• Cleanser: massage in and then wash off with water or remove with cotton wool, tissue or washcloth.
• L.I.F.T Facelift Cream: massage on clean skin.
• 24 Ampoules AHA / DNA / Retinol: these are different types of ampoules, following the order of the box. Start at the top left, 1 ampoule every evening, if the top row is empty, continue at the bottom left. Open the ampoule: place your thumb on the white dot and break away from you. Shake full contents in hand, spread over face / neck and massage.
• Cell Xtra: take with a glass of water, swallow tablet.
